How will the updates be carried out on ChannelPilot?

Updates in the system will be carried out overnight. Therefore, no interference should be expected. New functions are always made available to all customers and we will inform you in advance about any changes.

Can I also include channels that are not already listed on ChannelPilot?

It is possible to set up channels manually, please contact us about this using the contact form.
If you think any channels or portals should be added to our portfolio – we will be more than happy to consider your query.

How many categories and sub-categories can I apply/manage on ChannelPilot?

The number of categories you can have are unlimited.

How many products can I manage on ChannelPilot?

There is no limit to the number of products you can manage. However, if your product data feed happens to be larger than 10MB, please contact us:

ChannelPilot was designed and developed to be used "cross-platform“. You can use ChannelPilot on popular devices such as tablets, smartphones or computers. The display is set up to automatically fit any screen sizes.

What will my personal details be used for?

Channel Pilot Solutions only uses your private information to manage your customer account and for billing purposes, unless you have agreed to other means of payment.

How can I reach the customer service team?

How do I cancel my contract with ChannelPilot?

If you wish to cancel your account at ChannelPilot, please send a letter to: Channel Pilot Solutions GmbH

What is the term of notice?

You can cancel your account with ChannelPilot anytime with one month’s notice given that the contract does not differ from this statement. There is no minimum contract duration unless it is contracted.

Do I receive a copy of the invoice?

The bill will be sent electronically to you by e-mail. The support team can also mail a copy of the invoice to you if you wish. You can contact the support team at:

When does ChannelPilot deduct the payment?

The payment to ChannelPilot will be due on the first working day or first calendar week of the month.  Direct Debit is executed in the first week of the month.

Can I choose a different method for payment?

For all countries in Europe,  we offer credit card or bank transfer payment options. If you prefer to use another method of payment, then please contact our support team:

How do I pay ChannelPilot?

We accept payment via credit card and bank transfer from your company account. The invoice amount is conveniently charged by direct debit from your bank account. When you become a customer, you will be asked to provide bank account details. The bank account information can be changed at anytime.
